
BOOTCAMP FAQWhat is FM Fitness Bootcamp? Don't let the word Bootcamp scare you away. No one will be "in your face" or breathing down your neck. FM Fitness Bootcamp is a semi-private training session which makes having a trainer much more affordable. Plus, no membership fee is required, and results are guaranteed! FM Fitness Bootcamps are encouraging, fun, motivating, supportive, and an extremely fast and effective way to get into your best shape ever. Why FM Fitness Bootcamp? Your body will become a fat burning machine creating lean, strong muscles and dropping unwanted body fat. You will improve your endurance and experience increased stamina and energy. Because the exercises are progressive in nature, you will feel empowered as you strive to achieve your personal best while working at your own pace. You will save time in your already busy schedule, and have results to show for it. Camaraderie, encouragement, accountability, empowerment and personal success. Studies have shown higher success rates amongst those with a support system. You will find all that here as you join our team. Measured Progression This is one thing that what separates FM Fitness Bootcamps from Group Exercise classes and possibly other 'bootcamp' classes. Whether you are training in a weight room, outdoors, or in a group exercise class, baselines must be established, challenged and measured in order to determine any type of progression. Because of the body's amazing ability to adapt, we must constantly be challenging it. What Will Classes Involve? We walk/run, jump, squat, push, pull, lunge, do movements such as twisting, agility, bending and balance. We will start you at levels that are specific to your current conditioning and progress from there. Workouts entail any or all of the following: muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, functional movement training, and flexibility. Functional Total Body Conditioning. The environment is competitive only if you chose it to be in order to further challenge yourself. We will work, sweat, and have fun. These workouts will deliver more results in less time. Best of all, we will be enjoying the fresh air and the outdoors. What is the class schedule and where are they held? FM Fitness Bootcamp is an indoor/outdoor semi-private training program. We train outdoors as often as possible. The fresh air and sunshine does wonders to de-stress and re-energize the body. Camp locations vary. Classes run 2 -5 days a week for 45 minutes unless otherwise noted. Click here to check the Bootcamp schedule for details. I signed up for one time each week, can I change? Yes, you may come to any class. You may even come several times a day, if you have the time and energy. Your membership is unlimited time per week. We recommend you attend at least three time per week to see the best results. Are missed classes transferable, refunded or credited? Because plans are unlimited you can come as often as you wish. There will be no credits or refunds. It is a use or lose.
When can I start? Anytime! We are an ongoing program to meet your fitness needs. What do I wear and what should I bring? Dress accordingly. When outdoors keep the daily weather conditions in mind. With the exception of dangerous weather, classes are held rain or shine.
