FM Fitness Boot Camp Semi-Private Training

Semi-private/small group training is a great way to have some fun, stay accountable, and get the assistance of a personal trainer while putting money back in your pocket! You will be amazed at what you can accomplish in this half-hour session. Private sessions are also available.

In a group of 2-4 people, each will train at his/her own level. Exercises and progressions are determined by the ability of each client. Workout goals for each session are established by the trainer rather than being specific to each individual.

Warm-up and Final Stretch are on your own. In the event the warm-up is missed, the time will be deducted from the session to ensure the warm-up is completed

Upon committing to a 4-week session, you will receive:

  • Body Composition Stats (Before and After)
  • Pictures (Before and After)
  • Workout and Nutrition Journal
  • Accountability, Encouragement and Support

Policies:

Clients will be billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Due to scheduling availability, missed or cancelled small group sessions cannot be made up or transferred.
